Is it really free for me?
Yes. The hotel pays. Your room, your meals, your flights both ways. No payment, no deposit, no commission. Ever.
Am I actually employed?
Yes. A real employment contract with the hotel. They pay you directly, and the law of the country protects you like their own staff.
Do I need experience?
No. Hotels train you on arrival. Turn up reliable and willing to learn. That is the whole list.
Do I need to speak the language?
Often not. Many positions need only English. You list your languages at sign-up, and the hotel sees them first.
What will I actually be doing?
It varies with every hotel: bar, front desk, restaurant, housekeeping. Each listing spells out the work, and its days off a week.
How much will I earn?
Every listing shows the monthly salary, before you apply. And because room, meals and travel are covered, what you earn is what you keep.
When do I actually commit?
When you sign, not before. Until then, take your time and talk to as many hotels as you like. Once both signatures are there, your flight is booked and you are going.
Who can apply?
Anyone 18 or over with an EU passport or residence permit. Identity and age are verified when the contract is signed.
